Chefs include: Citarella, LDV Maidstone, Sí Sí Restaurant, Gurney’s Gigi’s, The Halyard, Saylor Beach House, Evolved Catering & Events, The Caviar Bar, Pridwin, Toasted Oysters, Insatiable Eats, Events by Peter Ambrose and Sogno Toscano
